TERMS OF SERVICE
By Commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.
GENERAL

Commissions are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

You may not sell or profit from the art in any form unless commercial rights are purchased.

I can post the art on my social platforms and portfolio unless privacy is requested.
-
I retain all rights to use and monetize the art unless exclusive rights are purchased.

Prices may vary depending on complexity and scope of the request.
PAYMENT & REFUND
-
Payment through PayPal or Wise.
-
Invoice will be sent once you're satisfied with the sketch.
-
Payment can either be 100% upfront or split into two 50% payments
-
Refunds will be issued if I cancel the commission before completion.
REVISIONS
-
Unlimited revisions during the sketch.
-
Limited revisions during the lineart:
-
Minor revisions are free (colors, expression, small details, etc.)
-
Major revisions are charged (pose, composition, lighting, outfit redesign, etc.)
-

All revisions are charged during the rendering.
SERVICES
GENERAL EXTRA FEES
Toggleable Clothes - 1.5x the base price

If multiple layers of clothing are present, all pieces will be rendered.

Layers behind will also be fully rendered.
Layer Work - 1.5x the base price
-
Includes the PSD/ CSP file.
-
Ready to use for any kind of rigging/ animation.
-
Layers will be adjusted based on the animator's instructions.
Commercial Rights - 2x the base price
-
No need if purpose is for streaming (opening/ closing screens, wallpaper, etc)
-
2.5x instead if Raw PSD/ CSP files are needed
Rush Job - 3x the base price
-
Bypass first come, first serve basis.
-
I'll stop whatever I'm working on and start your request immediately.

Guaranteed to be done within 15 days unless otherwise stated.
