TERMS OF SERVICE

By Commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.

GENERAL

• First come, first serve is highly respected, the sooner you commit the sooner your commission will be finished.

• You cannot post any work in progress screenshot that I will show you unless given permission.

• You may not sell my art in any form, under any circumstances unless you have paid for the right to do so.

• Unless the work is requested to be private, I will publish it in social media platforms or use it in my portfolio.

• Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize the art.

• I will stop the work for behavior that ruins the production. No refunds will be given.

• I have the right to decline but please don't take it personally.

REFUND

• All payments are final.

• There would be no refunds unless:

  • I (the artist) cancels the commission (for reasons on my side) at any phase.

EXTRA FEES

• Revisions past the indicated threshold (3 major) will be charged.

• Rush Job (Move to top of queue) is heavily charged.

• Having a deadline or time pressure will have a fee.

• An additional charge is required if you want the .PSD file of the artwork.

• The price might change depending on the detail, resolution/size and complexity of the work.

COMMERCIAL USE

• We shall discuss and agree upon terms for the art.

• No Royalties of any kind will be applied. Just an upfront contract fee.

Notes:

• Cute, big head with a small body version of a character.

Notes:

• Head shot = Character/s can be seen from head to neck.

• Bust shot = Character/s can be seen from head to chest.

• Acc / Companions / BG = price depends on complexity.

Notes:

• Half shot = Character/s can be seen from head to waist.

• Merican shot = Character/s can be seen from head to knee.

• DOES NOT include rigging animation service.

• Nude body base (with division)

• Additional Outfit

• Asset variations (hands, accessories)

• My own design (no character sheet to work from)

• High Res Model .PNG without watermark

• Layered .PSD file for export

• Live2D model ready to be rigged

Dakimakura

Notes:

• Dakimakura = Character/s portrayed from head to toe.

• Includes both sides (2 bodies)

• Includes a bed background

• Acc / Companions / BG = price depends on complexity
